Director of Pharmacy

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, a dynamic 142-bed community hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts, is currently seeking a Director of Pharmacy to be responsible for establishing and maintaining medication management of the institution, including planning, organizing and directing all activities within its in-house, 247 pharmacy. Position requires at least 5-7 years hospital pharmacy experience, including 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role; Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy (MBA, MS in Pharmacy,or PharmD preferred); experience with pertinent IT systems (hardware and software) including EMREHR, CPOE, automated dispensing, smart pumps, decision support software, and MS Office; and current pharmacist registration (or eligibility) in Massachusetts.
