EINSTEIN HEALTHCARE NETWORK IS A PRIVATE, NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION WITH SEVERAL MAJOR FACILITIES AND MANY OUTPATIENT CENTERS. OUR PRIMARY MISSION IS TO PROVIDE COMPASSIONATE, HIGH QUALITY HEALTHCARE TO THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA REGION. EINSTEIN HEALTHCARE NETWORK PROMOTES WELLNESS. RESEARCH HAS SHOWN THAT SMOKING IS DANGEROUS TO THE HEALTH OF SMOKERS AND TO OTHERS. EINSTEIN CAMPUSES ARE TOBACCO AND SMOKE FREE.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

* Providing analytical insight into the health characteristics and trends of the Einstein Care Partners (ECP) managed population of patients

* Providing oversight and accountability for the development and execution of ECP's multi-year value-based program analytics strategy, including the integration of operational, electronic health record, utilization, payer claims and financial performance data to ensure ECP meets its objective of lowering costs and improving health outcomes

* Developing and executing against a strategic planning process to create, govern and grow a data-driven decision-making environment which supports improved quality, enhanced patient access and sustainable cost within ECP's network

* Providing leadership and innovation to create and support program performance reporting, provider score cards, trend analyses and clinical/operational effectiveness research

* Collaborating with ECP's management team with analyses, needs assessments, and identification of outreach opportunities to improve performance

* Acting as business sponsor for implementation and maintenance of the population health information technology platform, including the development of operational and clinical workflows

* Working closely with ECP's management team to evaluate the effectiveness of ECP clinical programs and interventions, vendor contract return on investment and payer contract opportunities

* Providing assessment and recommendations of emerging technologies such as business intelligence, analytics tools and methodologies, and technology for processing of large datasets

* Serving as a key advocate for the use of analytical thinking and the scientific method to approach problems, and for the intelligent use of data to serve as a catalyst for process and clinical improvement initiatives

* Establishing data governance and facilitating the resolution of issues surrounding data needs, sources and structure on behalf of ECP

* Fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal clinical and business partners to ensure objectives and service delivery needs are met

* Supporting reporting and analysis needs of the Board of Managers, Clinical Performance & Integration Committee, Finance & Operations Committee and other ECP leaders

* Providing leadership and ongoing performance coaching and development opportunities to staff

IF YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS, PLEASE APPLY IMMEDIATELY:

* Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred

* Minimum 15 years' experience in data analytics

* Clinical background preferred

* Experience in value-based program analysis and reporting, including the development and distribution of provider dashboards / scorecards and gap reports required

* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical results to variety of stakeholders

* Proficient in computer operations including Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Visio and Word required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

* Physical Requirements: Constant data entry-lifting-bending and pulling of files medium weight

* Visual Requirements: Extensive exposure to VDT's (video display terminal)

* Hearing Requirements: Constant telephone communication & ability to hear normal

* Working Conditions: Office setting
