Fletcher Allen Health Care is Vermonts 562-bed academic medical center affiliated with the University of Vermont College of Medicine. We are a Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center serving a population of one million throughout Vermont and Northern New York. The group employs 480 physicians, 200 midlevel providers, and 900 staff. The group operates 45 full time office locations and over 100 outreach locations across Vermont and Upstate New York combining to provide 800,000 office visits annually. The Medical Group leadership team is empowered to support the delivery of high quality, patient centered care to the patients we serve. Leadership team members have departmental assignments and collaborate to ensure consistency of operations across all sites and share best practices. We are currently looking for a leader to join our Medical Group DirectorAssistant Director team as the Director for Primary Care Services (Primary Care Internal Medicine and Family Medicine). Responsibilities include practice and operations management, business plan creation for physician and clinic development, recruitment and retention strategies, program development initiatives, currently focused on the Patient Centered Medical Home, quality and customer service initiatives, and financial management.
