The Medical Group leadership team is empowered to support the delivery of high quality, patient centered care to the patients we serve. Leadership team members have departmental assignments and collaborate to ensure consistency of operations across all sites and share best practices. We are currently looking for a leader to join our Medical Group DirectorAssistant Director team as the Director for Primary Care Services (Primary Care Internal Medicine and Family Medicine). Responsibilities include practice and operations management, business plan creation for physician and clinic development, recruitment and retention strategies, program development initiatives, currently focused on the Patient Centered Medical Home, quality and customer service initiatives, and financial management.
