Director, Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Novartis Pharmaceuticals has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Quality Assurance & Quality Control. This individual will direct the overall laboratory program to ensure compliance with current GMP's in manufacturing environment such that the products are assessed to agreed-upon specifications in a timely manner in order to support in-process, lot release & stability testing. Develops, implements & maintains commercial quality assurance strategies for the release of commercial product. This role ensures that the quality strategy is implemented & that there is continuous drive to improve product & process quality within the commercial production area.
