Help create and maintain Coach Inc. s real estate strategy across all brands and sectors (retail, outlet)
Analyze retail real estate proposals related to new stores, relocations, expansions and renewals.
Negotiate lease terms across a variety of retail channels.
Coordinate with store construction/architecture on store build outs and renovations.
Work independently but function in a team oriented environment with business partners and teams across functional areas.
Keep track of and meet all internal and external goals and deadlines.
Represent Coach Inc. at industry related events where necessary.
Prepare deal presentations for senior management approval.
The accomplished individual will possess...
Ten (10) + years of real estate experience working for a major retailer or retail landlord, or both.
Proficiency with Excel, Word and Power Point. Custom lease management system a plus.
Knowledge of retail finance and real estate accounting.
Experience managing a portfolio of at least 75 stores.
Strong landlord, developer and broker relationships.
A familiarity with major mall, outlet and high street locations throughout North America.
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities and effectively manage complex projects without daily oversight.

Confidence in dealing with senior executives both internally and with externally.
The ability to influence senior management decision making through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating Lease Administration personnel.
High level capability running financial models.
Oversight of a retail portfolio in excess of 250 stores.
