Director, Revenue Growth Management
The Director, Category Revenue Growth Management is responsible for developing strategy and analytical discipline around how to best direct the company's trade spending funds to deliver incremental sales growth across USA. This leader champions category and trade analytics providing business insights to the senior leadership team. This role oversees the design, deployment and enhancement of trade promotion management and category analytics to drive continuous improvement in business capabilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Leads the organization on effective category and trade promotion analytics
Works side by side with the US Sales Operation, Marketing and the finance departments to design and execute brand price/promo strategies; effectively forecasts volumes and trade promotion budgets
Translates retailer sales trends and post-performance results into clear, concise storyboard presentations.
Provides monthly/quarterly business reviews for executive leadership.
Provides thought-leadership and advice regarding revenue growth and price/promotion strategies.
Leads and develops direct reports (Revenue Growth Management Manager/Analyst).

Ability to build relationships with, and influence S skilled at balancing strategy with pragmatism, evaluating contrasting perspectives, and making tough decisions with imperfect information.
Team and people leadership abilities; directing and coordinating work and projects across functions, coaching and developing team members, inspiring and motivating team to high performance.
Knowledge and use of syndicated data insights, IRI and/or AC Nielsen.
Ability to understand, synthesize, and explain complex methodologies and that can be practically applied to develop strategy.
Strategic consulting and business advisory skills; ability to assess needs of the business and develop effective strategies that meet both our topline and bottom line goals.
Education and Experience
BA/BSdegree and a minimum of 7years of experience required; or equivalent combination of education and consumer packaged goods industry experience.
Experience in consumer goods industry, category management, and/or trade funds management.
Strategic consulting and business advisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership experience preferred (both managing people/team, processes, and managing relationships with internal customers).
