Job Description

TPG Hospitality is searching for a highly motivated individual with hotel sales, marketing and managerial skills to lead our team at the Four Diamond Waterford Marriott in Oklahoma City. A 197 room full service with 9.500 square feet of flexible banquet space. Located in the upscale neighborhood of Nichols Hills in the NW part of Oklahoma city, 20 minutes away from the downtown OKC and Will Rogers International Airport.

ResponsibilitiesDuties:

Supervise and direct entire sales department to attract, retain and motivate the employees. Hire, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, provide open communication, recommend discipline and terminations as appropriate.

Maintains timely and effective communications with the Food & Beverage Director and the Executive Chef regarding group functions. Recommend, assist in developing, implementing, monitoring and controlling the hotels annual budget and the monthly forecast. Prepare various sales and rate reports to continually assess the hotels productivity against the budget plan, and market place.

Maintains timely and effective communications with the Director of Revenue Management, with participation and influence in the weekly RevMax Meetings, and overall pricing strategies. A good working knowledge and experience of Yield Management is required.

Provides product feedback to the General Manager, and updates the EC members of new incoming accounts.

Maintains a positive image for the hotel in the marketplace, and participates in community affairs that the hotel are part of and or new ones.

Solicits and services major accounts that are part of the market share. Adheres to the hotels and TPG companies policies and procedures in accordance with above responsibilities. Contacts weekly one on ones with the sales team.

Performs all other related dutiesprojectsreports as assigned by the General ManagerRDOSM.
