DIRECTOR / SENIOR MANAGER WITHIN IT STRATEGY CONSULTANCY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSULTING WITH CXO LEVEL CLIENTS ON IT STRATEGY AND TRANSFORMATION AREAS INCLUDING STRATEGY DEFINITION AND INVESTMENT PLANNING, OPERATING MODEL AND OUTSOURCING, AND IT OPTIMIZATION.

THE CONSULTANT WILL BE REQUIRED TO ACT AS A TRUSTED ADVISOR, CONSULTING DIRECTOR, AND LEAD STRATEGY CONSULTANT ON CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS, MANAGING THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE CLIENT AND THE INTERNAL TEAMS.

THE CONSULTANT SHOULD HAVE THOROUGH EXPERIENCE IN SENIOR CLIENT MANAGEMENT, STRATEGIC CONSULTING LED PROPOSITIONS, AND LEADERSHIP IN LARGE STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATIONS. EXPERIENCE IN ERP WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

* DEVELOP, MAINTAIN, AND MANAGE CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION MAKERS ESPECIALLY THE CXO SUITE
* ACT AS THE TRUSTED ADVISOR TO THE CLIENT TO HELP THEM NAVIGATE THE RAPIDLY EVOLVING BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGYLANDSCAPE

PROVIDE ADVISORY SERVICES WORKING CLOSELY WITH SENIOR LEADERSHIP WITHIN THE CLIENT TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS PROBLEMS AND DEVELOP SOLUTIONS THAT MAKE STRATEGIC AND BUSINESS SENSE

* LEAD THE DELIVERY OF COMPLEX ENGAGEMENTS, INCLUDING THOSE INVOLVING MULTI PRACTICE TEAMS AS WELL AS GLOBAL DELIVERY TEAMS, IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIC ROADMAPS, MANAGE KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND FACILITATE WORKSHOPS
* HELP DRIVE STRATEGIC DIRECTION OF MAJOR TRANSFORMATION ACTIVITIES AND MANAGE THE ENGAGEMENT TO ENSURE DELIVERY

PLAY A PROACTIVE ROLE IN DEVELOPING MARKET-LEADING SALES COLLATERAL FOR BUILDING SCALE AND AWARENESS OF CONSULTING CAPABILITIES

* LEAD OR PARTICIPATE IN DEVELOPING PRESENTATIONS/WHITE PAPERS FOR CONFERENCES / PUBLICATIONS (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL)
* HELP LEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES FOCUSED ON STRATEGY INCLUDING TARGETING KEY C- LEVEL INDIVIDUALS AND CREATE VALUE PROPOSITIONS THAT ARE A WIN-WIN FOR THE CLIENT .

INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

* BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIP WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS INCLUDING OTHER PRACTICES WITHIN GLOBAL CONSULTING PRACTICE AS WELL AS THE WIDER GROUPS
* WORK CLOSELY WITH THE INDUSTRY VERTICALS AND ACCOUNT TEAMS TO PURSUE NEW CLIENTS AND TO DEEPEN EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH SUSTAINED VALUE CREATION

TEAM MANAGEMENT

* DEVELOP AND MENTOR TEAM MEMBERS AND GUIDE THEM ON ENGAGEMENT DELIVERY, CLIENT MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
* WORK WITH TEAM MEMBERS ON THEIR TRAINING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT PLANS

QUALIFICATIONS :

AT LEAST 18YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH AT LEAST 12YEARS OF ITSTRATEGY CONSULTING IN CLIENT FACING ROLES WORKING FOR LEADING MANAGEMENT CONSULTING FIRMS

* CONSIDERABLE EXPERIENCE OF LEADING IT STRATEGY ENGAGEMENTS IN AT LEAST 4 OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS : IT STRATEGY, IT ORGANIZATION DESIGN AND GOVERNANCE, IT ORGANIZATION CHANGE AND TRANSFORMATION, IT OPTIMIZATION, SOURCING STRATEGY, DEMAND MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT PORTFOLIO RATIONALIZATION, M DEVELOPING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS EITHER IN NEW SALES, CROSS-SELLING OR UP-SELLING AND LEADING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE PREPARATION OF RFI/RFP RESPONSES TO CLIENTS

* AT LEAST8YEARS OFEXPERIENCE IN DELIVERINGITSTRATEGY CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS IN THE FOLLOWING INDUSTRY VERTICALSDEMONSTRATEEXPERIENCE OF PROVIDING ADVISORY SERVICES AT CXO LEVEL WHICH GENERATE PROFITABLE REVENUE IN THEIR OWN RIGHT AND ALSO DRIVE DOWNSTREAM REVENUE FOR DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES.

BACHELOR\'S DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY, PREFERABLY IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ENGINEERING, OR OTHER RELATED FIELD

* MASTER'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION FROM AN ACCREDITED COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY IS PREFERRED
* COMPLETED RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS SUCH AS COBIT 5.0, CGEIT
