The Global Consulting Practice (GCP)of is recruiting highly motivated Enterprise Architects in its ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE (EA)ADVISORY TEAM. The EA Advisory team aligns the business needs and priorities of the CEO, CFO, CIO, CTO and enterprise architecture organizations, enabling them to respond rapidly to the dynamic business needs. The core service offerings span across the following areas:

* IT Enabled Business Transformations
* EA Assessment and Transformation Roadmap Development
* EA Program / Framework Development and Establishment
* IT Optimization / Portfolio Rationalization
* IT Strategy and Governance
* Digital Strategy and Architecture

The primary focus of this role will be to deliver EA services mentioned above in a manner consistent with the EA Advisory team's best practices and methodologies. The Senior EA is expected to work in a collaborative manner with executives of the client's organization and with other members of the engagement team. The Senior EA will be expected to bring both thought leadership and a high degree of broad expertise and credibility to each engagement. As an experienced member of the team, the Senior EAwill be expected to become a trusted advisor to our clients and be able to deliver large transformations through innovative solutions.


* Participate in and lead EA engagements for clients
* Participate in and lead strategic transformation programs for
* Develop and maintain strong client relations with senior and C-level executives--develop new insights into the client's business model and pain points, and deliver actionable, high-impact results
* Lead and mentor other consultants within GCP and across business units
* Support business development and ensure high levels of client satisfaction during delivery
* Provide project and program support and help the account management team develop new opportunities within the client space
* Work with Engagement Managers and other to prioritize tasks and schedule activities
* Plan and ensure project execution is well within committed timelines
* Determine and articulate ROI for individual and overall IT services rendered during client engagements
* Develop IP and contribute to thought capital through the creation of executive presentations, white papers and position papers


Must Have Qualifications

* M.B.A. or Master's in a relevant discipline from a top university strongly preferredGPA of 3.3 and higher
* Pre-MBA work-experiencedesired, consulting experience is required
* Undergraduatedegree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering is a plus
* Relevant practitioner experience: EA / IT Strategy Consulting: 15+ years
* Sound, hands-on background of IT services, quality processes and SDLC models
* Experience in design, implementation and EA Governance within a large corporate environment
* Enterprise Architecture experience at a top tier consulting firm (MCKINSEY, ACCENTURE, BCG, BAIN, BOOZ-ALLEN HAMILTON) is required
* Prior responsibility for leading Enterprise Architecture Initiatives within a large corporate environment is desirable
* Experience in working with large cross-functional distributed teams in a highly dynamic environment; preferably involving an onshore/offshore model is highly desirable
* Experience in advising clients for large-scale project implementations using outsourcing& off shoring staffing models
* A good understanding of all the domains of EA (business, information/data, application and technology) and expertise in one or more domains
* A good understanding of one or more technologies covering solution architecture, application architecture, integration/SOA and infrastructure areas
* Extensive experience with EA frameworks such as TOGAF, or Zachman
* Extensive experience of working with one or more EA tools
* Certified in TOGAF or other leading EA framework
* Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)

Nice to Have Qualifications

* A good understanding of Portfolio Management and IT Governance structures.
* A strong and well-rounded understanding of business process management issues, reengineering techniques and sourcing decision frameworks is required.
* Extensive knowledge of SOA strategies and governance structures.
* Knowledge of regulatory influences facing specific industries (HIPPA, GLB, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.)
* CISA, CISM, CISSP certification required


* Extensive travel (domestic or international) may be required

* Years of experiencerequired for position - 18 +

* Location for the position - USA (NY, ATLANTA, CHICAGO, DALLAS)
