With over 8,000 apartments and thousands of options in our furniture About the Job The role of Director, Strategic Marketing is a key management position, focused on creating and carrying out brand strategy, corporate marketing strategy and field marketing strategy for all Churchill Living brands. Role and Responsibilities Include: Develop and establish overall vision and brand strategy for marketing to advance the company's position within the market Generate monthly outreach efforts to prospective clients and existing clients on trends and company updates Conduct competitive analysis on key segments to define and optimize go to market strategy Manage marketing team direct reports Lead a broad range of key marketing initiatives including sales marketing, social media, newsletters, email announcements, planned publications, blog posts and event marketing Oversee content management for a wide variety of marketing programs and provide direction in terms of consistency, accuracy and voice Education and/or Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience; minimum five (5) years' experience in B2B marketing; experience in developing corporate brands and creating marketing collateral for field sales team and B2C audiences. Successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and computer proficiency; Adobe creative suite; Microsoft Office 3rd party marketing platforms; exceptional writing and editing skills; strong leadership skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; social media and technical marketing skills; proven experience in customer and market research; experience with relevant software applications and strong customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity.
