* Bring new HR expertise and capability to the team in order to support the on-going development of our team s strategic direction for the company

* Help create and provide appropriate HR programs, strategies, and processes pertinent to reward & compensation, recruiting, talent management, L&D and employee relations to achieve business results

* Partner with business leaders to develop business objectives and plans, understanding how to design and implement HR strategies to ensure the organization, capabilities and culture align, in order to drive business results

* Support the implementation and execution of programs and practices to improve our compensation and benefit strategy initiatives including; the development of tools for compensation that align with our performance management practices

* Provide consultation on market and industry trends leveraging a broad network of external resources

* Develop and execute training for business leaders and potentially associates; this may include new manager training, training for new programs, cycle-specific training and mandatory manager training; this position will also be a key facilitator for various trainings

* Provide consultation on market and industry trends leveraging a broad network of external resources

* Continuously improve performance management and evaluation procedures

* Support the oversight of workplace investigations and worker s compensation claims

* Work in an extremely fast-paced environment, managing constant change while demonstrating a positive, can-do attitude

* Address escalated complaints and resolve employee relations issues in a highly-ethical and equitable manner


* 8 + years of human resource leadership experience in an increasingly complex business environment, influencing and driving results

* Strong stakeholder management skills that include the ability to effectively consult, negotiate, resolve conflict and influence change with all levels of the organization

* A track record of accountability, success in HR management, implementing sustained operational improvements and building/leading an effective team in achieving excellent results through others

* Keen ability to assess legal and compliance risk relative to application of policies and procedures, affecting all human resource functions

* Strong business acumen with the ability to link strategy with HR solutions along with proven knowledge of federal & state laws, regulations and practices

* Highly effective interpersonal, written and communication skills

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. MBA & PHR/SPHR preferred
