DALBAR Financial Intermediary Post-Sale Service Award 2007.ResponsibilitiesDirector position responsible for driving and owning the the Investments Data Warehouse being deployed to support Columbia Management.Position will also be accountable for any changes to the infrastrutcure and processes (ETL, data hub files) deployed for routing core data to Columbia platforms. We are looking for an experienced individual looking to lead the data warehousing practice for a growing asset management firm.Required QualificationsApplicant must meet the following requirements:Qualified applicants will have extensive experience with experience with implementing or supporting data warehousing products and tools in an asset management firm.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent job experience.* Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring and leading others without having a direct supervisory relationship.* Excellent facilitation skills with experience leading and driving workshops and sessions with business experts.* Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.* Effective business communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present technical information in a focused and concise manner to a non-technical audienceQualified applicants will have extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst with experience using core BA/BSA tools such as HP Quality Center, iRise, Clarity, etc. and:* Excellent facilitation skills with experience leading and driving requirement elicitation workshops.* 5+ years analyst experience in project delivery across the solution delivery life cycle (e.g. requirements, analysis, testing and implementation).* 7+ years experience in a consulting role with an emphasis on business system analysis.* Extensive experience using HP Quality Center for end-to-end requirements and test management.* Demonstrated ability to accurately translate business requirements into system functionality.* Experience with managing multiple vendors and 3rd party solution providers in the data warehousing, financial systems and marker date space.Preferred QualificationsPreference will be given to candidates with CCBA, CBAP or other applicable certification.
