JOB DESCRIPTIONWE ARE LOOKING FOR A DIRECTOR OF BRAND MANAGEMENT FOR OUR CPG CLIENT LOCATED SOUTHERN,FLORIDA.The Director, Brand Management, serves as the brand champion in the development, maintenance and implementation of brand strategy, positioning, messaging, marketing planning, and business results for the assigned brand(s). This role will work with a wide variety of external brand agencies and internal departments within the organization such as Sales, Marketing Research, Retention, Product development and Customer Service to provide education of our brand development strategies as well as ensure creative integration across all channels.

BRAND STEWARDSHIP & DEVELOPMENTAs the brand champion, serves as the single point of accountability for growing the brand's health, market share, sales, and profitability. Ensures the brand promise, positioning and identity are consistent across all consumer touch points with a 360degree approach.Supports SVP and works with brand agency to lead development of superior brand strategy and positioning that wins in the market place. Developing and implementing innovative brand positioning strategies across multiple product categories and channels that result in long-term brand equity maximization.Develops and executes outstanding out of home, online and offline TV, Radio, Video, and Web advertising that drives targeted performanceOversees the creation of the brand equity guidelines, logos, trademarks, and brand identity. Gains support for marketing strategies and programs by influencing stakeholders across the enterprise.
BRAND PLANNING AND EXECUTION:Provides key insight into market conditions, products, consumers, competition to help drive strategic direction. Diagnoses and analyzes brand business and competition. Understands the competitive landscape, identifies, assesses market drivers, and competitive differentiators to elevate positioning and build desired strong brand equity.Responsible for leading recommending, managing, and executing the full Brand Marketing Plan. Establishes and manages high impact, annual short term and long term strategic brand marketing plans with 12- 18 month horizons. Works closely with marketing research, sales, product development, retention, distribution, customer service, advertising agencies and legal to develop annual brand marketing plans including plans for quarterly promotions working with sales.Plans for and manages all innovation proactively, identifies gaps in the market place, and ensures all are launched in a timely manner.BUDGET MANAGEMENT & OPTMIIZATIONRecommends marketing plan investments based on ROI analysisWorks with sales and analytics to provide monthly and quarterly forecastsOversees the annual Brand Plan budget and works closely with Finance to ensure financial goals are met on the brand.YOU MUST HAVE 7+ YEARS OF SUCCESSFUL DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CPG MARKETING PLANS WITH LARGE A&P BUDGETS,WITH A MAJOR CPG COMPANY.
