JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Business Development is responsible for the design, implementation, and communication of the sales and marketing strategies for Initech Global. This role has a direct impact on business growth as it seeks to maximize revenue and profits while maintaining outstanding quality. This is a hands-on position with high visibility and a strong presence throughout the company, primarily focused on identifying new client accounts, and maximizing current client accounts. Beyond client acquisition, account management, marketing planning, and team leadership are also key facets of this role. This leadership position is responsible for providing both strategic and day-to-day direction in support of corporate goals and objectives, and has P ensure contract retention
* Ensure on-going account management with clients before, during, and after projects to maintain client satisfaction, opportunities for repeat business, and to ensure any problems are resolved
* Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual company revenue targets
* Responsible for financial performance of the Business Development team including budgeting and forecasting against individual monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, and cost analysis

* Coordinate implementation of new accounts with the Operations and Talent Management teams to ensure talent fulfillment is done in accordance with contract terms and client needs
* Identify new marketing and communications opportunities and mediums; design and implement Marketing Plans
* Hire, train, and coach a team of Business Development and Marketing Managers while cultivating a collaborative team culture, creative problem-solving, and results-driven operations
* Demonstrate commitment to the Company's Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Operating Principles
* Demonstrate servant leadership with relationships, both internally and externally

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

_Required_

* 5+ years of experience of in-depth understanding of delivery of services as an Account Executive, Business Development Leader, Sales Director, etc.

* Proven track-record of selling IT services and solutions to large-enterprise clients, and effective customer retention; excels in fundamental selling skills -

* Listening to and relating to customers
* Discovering needs
* Advocating solutions
* Handling hesitations
* Negotiating for a decision

* Provenexperiencein a leadership role in a staffing/recruitment/agency function

* Strong people leadership development skills for diverse groups, from hourly staff to executive management and department heads
* Delegates responsibilities and holds staff and self accountable for meeting objectives
* Demonstrated success at directing and driving/executing cross-functional initiatives

* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships across all verticals, from manager level to C-suite level executives
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and presents self and ideas in a highly credible and articulate manner
* Relentless attention to driving a clear, consistent and compelling message in all communications
* Strong presentation skills, both oral and written
* Strong ability to translate strategy into tactics
* Demonstrates high level of energy and professionalism
* Strong work ethic, self-starter, and takes high level of initiative with minimal direction

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Communications
