Known for their experience and reliability as an established CRO, my client is embarking on major growth plans across the United States this year! They are currently looking to fill the role for their EAST COAST DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. The right candidate will have 5 - 8years in the CRO space. The Director of Business will play an instrumental role working alongside the companies leadership throughout their expansion. My client is seeking to fill this role quickly. This is an opportunity for a builder who want's to have a major impact!
* Develop world-class partnerships with leading companies across the industry
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure cohesion between company vision and partnerships.
* Track lead generation, closing rates, contracts, and other key performance metrics.
* Plan and budget for staff business development efforts.
* 5 - 8years in CRO sales
* Negotiate win-win successful deals with valuable partners.
* Must have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Polished individual with strong delivery and closing skills
* Salary is competitive with high earning potential.
