Health care Services company seeks a Director of Call Center Operations. This is a fantastic direct hire opportunity that's looking for the right individual in this leadership role. Will be responsible for implementing and developing new support programs of membership or benefits. Assures compliance with all regulatory bodies, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, NCQA and CMS guidelines. Monitors, evaluates and support the call center operations to improve customer service quality results and operational efficiencies. Will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs and identifies educational opportunities and new procedures to broaden staff experience and improve performance. Leadership, staff development and team player attitude are keys traits for this high level position. Job Experience:

Master's or BA/BS in Health care or health care Administration required
Minimum of 7 years of customer service experience within health care setting required
