As a Director of Community Relations, you will drive occupancy in your communities through relationship management of professionals within the market.
Additional Responsibilities For The Director of Community Relations Include
?Managing the sales process to meet monthly, weekly, and daily goals
?Driving qualified prospects into the community
?Data base lead management to maximize your prospect pipeline
?Establishing new external business development partnerships
?Thorough knowledge of the competitive landscape
?Recording prospects? information into our database
?Gathering, analyzing and interpreting competitive market analysis data
?Articulating to prospects why our organization is unique and exceptional differentiators in the marketplace
?Cultivating partnerships within the community to be a solutions provider
?Ability to overcome objections by being a resource provider to the customer
As a Director of Community Relations, you must be an active-listener with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills by conveying empathy and relationship building.
Additional Requirements Include
?Master's or Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university
?3-5 years of proven sales experience with a solid track record for closing
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
?Possessing a driver?s license, insurance and reliable vehicle
?Ability to articulate to the value of our senior living service offerings
?Experience in pre-opening lease-up for AL/MC community is a plus
