JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB SUMMARY
The Director of Content and Design for UKHC Marketing will be responsible for the daily operations of the Marketing department by supervising multiple teams (Content, Graphics, and Web Services) to effectively serve UK HealthCare enterprise. This position will coordinate and prioritize objectives; work with leadership to align resources to support marketing initiatives; identify production workflow issues and implement resolutions; facilitate meetings with staff and key stakeholders; and develop/implement governance process to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to brand standards. The Director will also assist the Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy in managing strategies across the enterprise; lead through appropriate training, coaching, and corrective action; and serve as the next level of escalation for Content/Design teams and other departmental contacts.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
The ideal candidate will possess experience in a large healthcare marketing division; project management experience; have the ability to lead and direct others toward goal setting and attainment, taking into account divergent demands while managing scope and timelines; be well organized; have exceptional communication skills (written & verbal); enjoy working independently as well as closely with their co-workers in a supportive team environment; outstanding computer skills (to include Microsoft Office); above average customer service skills; strong ability to engage and motivate others; active listening skills; and a thorough understanding of resource management.
DOES THIS POSITION HAVE SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES*
Bachelor s degree required with at least 10 years relevant experience; experience in large healthcare Marketing Division preferred; project management and leadership experience preferred.
