GP Sandy, a division of GP Strategies engages a wide variety of professionals to design and develop performance improvement/marketing programs for the Automotive OEMs.

Director of Creative Services

The Director of Creative Services will lead creative services efforts through oversight of strategic accounts of GP Sandy s automotive OEM clients. the Director will have extensive experience leading creative teams to discover new and innovative solutions that both inspire and drive results. She or he will possess a highly collaborative works style working with the GP Sandy account managers and project managers in service to client projects and programs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Formulate strategies and develop relationships across client OEMs
* Manage creative directors, a graphics team and contract writers and instructional designers
* Define and execute new service offerings for accounts to further develop business opportunities
* Establish and brand the GP Sandy approach to presenting Creative Services
* Manage and develop executive relationships with clients and potential clients
* Allocate available financial resources as appropriate to meet key results
* Is a self-starter, resourceful, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks at any given time

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor s degree and Minimum of 10 years of experience managing people
* 15 years automotive experience including product launches, communication campaigns and conference architecture
* 10 years of experience in the learning & development industry experience
* Strong leadership background involving consulting, coaching and training
* International client management experience is a plus

Must be able to satisfy requirements for pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and motor vehicle records check.
