The Director of Education has administrative
responsibility for the provision of educational services
for North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. Directs and
coordinates the efforts to meet educational needs of all
residents both special and regular education in
conjunction with IEP s and requirements of regulatory
agencies. Provides leadership and supervision of
teachers assuring that educational needs of the
residents are met. Directs educational services to
ensure that the program meets standards and is effective
to ensure good residential outcomes.

1. Master's degree or better in Education.
2. Must have a postgraduate, professional license
issued in Virginia with an endorsement in School
Administration or Special Education.
3. Must have three years experience working with
students with disabilities or at risk students.
4. Must be at least 21 years of age.
5. Must be able to pass a criminal background check
and pre-employment drug screen.
