JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Our firm has been retained by a client to identify a Director of Engineering to lead the Operations Services department. Candidate must have current restaurant industry experience.
Our client is a high growth national restaurant chain with 750+ locations, identified as #1 in their sector, who is building their executive team to achieve continued growth. This role will lead a team responsible for the Operations rollout and introduction of all new tools, procedures, products & initiatives to the system. This includes introducing new recipes, equipment (from large ovens down to smallwares) and operations workflow.
The Director will be focused on leading new product introduction once recipes have been finalized. This includes ownership of creating procedures, tools and roll out guides to take a product from feasibility and market testing to national introduction all while maintain the Brand Standards.
