A well respected global staffing leader in Temecula, CA is currently interviewing candidates, who are ready to take on the responsibility of providing administrative support to a dynamic group of 15 Hiring Advisors and Recruiting Consultants. Duties include: answering heavy inbound calls, greeting prospective associates, processing applications from start to finish for at least 250 associates a month, maintaining all files and records in accordance to ISO9001, and ALL while providing STELLAR customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. An IDEAL candidate will be a self-starter, resourceful, possess a can-do attitude, and is accustomed to holding themselves accountable. Being computer savvy, professional, proactive, and detailed oriented top the list of attributes NEEDED to be successful in this role.
