Full-service engineering consulting firm specializing in environmental, geotechnical, construction material testing, threshold inspections and code compliance services. Our clients include contractors, developers, owners, engineers, architects, state and local governments, school boards, departments oftransportation, universities, banks, and realtors.

We currently has an opening for the DIRECTOR OF OUR GEOPHYSICAL SALES AND SERVICES DIVISION. The Director of GEOPHYSICAL SALES and SERVICES DIVISION develops business plans, including marketing, sales and distribution of geophysical instrumentation and services relevant to heavy civil and geotechnical projects and clients. Position will be the lead position of this division and an opportunity to develop a startup initiative with assistance of existing company principals. The position is also an opportunity to participate in immediate ownership opportunities of this division.

LOCATION: OFFICE Southeast Florida, Market Florida and Southeast United States

LOCATION: Southeast Florida


Proven understanding of general geophysical principals.

Experience with vibration and overpressure monitoring devices and geophysical logging instruments and tooling.

Experience with marketing and sales

Development, execution and tracking of business plans

Geotechnical and/or heavy civil construction project experience.
Must present a list of 5 work related references.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
Must be Computer Literate and efficient in the use of typical office software programs such as Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be self motivated and responsible.
Must have ability to work well independently and with others as part of a team

Lead strategic sales / service initiative of geophysical services and devices.

Develop business plan for establishing entity as dealer of geophysical devices and services and delivering of such products and service to end users and clients.

Execute, track and adjust business plan as needed.

Customer Relations

Managing, overseeing , forecasting and budgeting

Develop programs and plans for customer requirements

Develop programs and plans for employee requirements

Represent company in key associations and organizations

Overall leadership

Implementation of key company policies and procedures

Lead and participate in the conduct of staff studies and developmental projects, conferences and seminars.

Other duties as needed or assigned.
