Responsibilities will includes group sales efforts to achieve budgetary goals, meeting monthly group booking goals and hotel revenue guidelines for the Market Segment. The Director of Group Sales will also be responsible for the management of all aspects of preferred accounts, and maintaining ongoing customer relations. Additionally will work with the Marketing Manager to develop creative sales initiatives through internet, social, print and media. Requirements: Previous hotel sales experience is required with a group focus, at least 5 years of sales experience in a full service hotel. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of attention to detail, organization skills, communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
