JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Seeking a Director of Measurement (Digital Media, Marketing) in New York for a leading media and data services company with 1,100 employees nationwide.
The Director of Measurement will lead a team responsible for deriving insights and conducting analysis across all platforms, channels, and targeting tactics. The Director will also develop and lead best practices and standards, across campaign planning, measurement and optimizations tied to the use of ad products.
Lead a team of analysts to quantitatively provide our client as a leader in positively influencing and predicting consumer daily decisions. Build methodology and process for developing insights leveraged to: Demonstrate value prop of ad products, Prove campaign effectiveness and performance, and Provide detail and new discovery into additional/expanded opportunities. Work with ecosystem of measurement vendors to both standardize current solutions and co-develop net new products. Collaborate internally with: Data science as business owner to inform foundational database and data visualization capabilities, Ad product to ensure all new ad products released are able to be successfully tracked and measured, and All cross-functional teams to provide full feedback loop informing front-end sales positioning and back-end ad product development and optimizations.
Bachelor's degree, 10 years of experience in digital media industry and strong understanding of digital marketing and the ad tech ecosystem, 3 years of management experience, Experience with both macro and micro level campaign analysis and optimization, Experience working with ad technology platforms, as well as measurement and tracking vendors, Extremely strong analytical skills, Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail, Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, and Strong cross functional skills.
