JOB DESCRIPTIONNationally recognized and growing company in the Healthcare arena has an immediate opening for an experienced _DIRECTOR OF MEMBER SERVICES OPERATIONS _for their Central Florida (between Tampa & Orlando) area Call Center. Individual will lead the strategic vision and tactical execution of plans to drive operational excellence. Will be responsible for the day-to-day operations management, financial targets and all other business goals.
Must have at least 8 years of experience in a Call Center Director capacity, preferably within the Healthcare arena, dealing primarily in Pharmacy Benefits Management. Candidate will be a creative and out-of-the-box thinker who can bring in fresh ideas and approaches. Strategic, Analytical and Tactical skills are required. COMPENSATION: Up to $105K Base Salary Plus Bonus Potential & Some Relo Assistance
