Director of North America Sales| SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

COMPANY CULTURE:

Fast paced, action oriented and friendly. They are based on the foundation of four pillars consisting of: Customer Service planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
* Conducts routine sales training, both in one-on-one and team settings
* Assistance in strategizing the marketing tactics to affect inbound leads
* Initiates and assists with development of action plans to penetrate markets
* Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance
* Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
* Adheres to all company policies and procedures and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
* Sets examples for Account Executives in areas of character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
* Works closely with CEO to ensure overall success of Sales Department
* Continuously stays current on market trends
* Other duties as assigned
* Direct responsibilities of 4 Outside Sales Representatives and 7 Inside Sales Representatives
* North American Sales and Revenue responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

* 5+ years' experience in successful sales leadership
* 10+ years' experience in sales
* Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships
* Able to motivate and mentor others to achieve successful outcomes
* Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
* Reporting and analytical skills
* Self-starter

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

Reports to the Chief Executive Officer
