The Loews New Orleans Hotel is seeking a Director of Operations to join our team. The Loews New Orleans Hotel is a 4 Diamond, luxury 285 room hotel with over 17,000 square feet of meeting space located in the heart of the Central Business District. Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing, directing and supervising Operating Departments including Banquets, Front Office (Concierge, Front Desk, Telecommunications), Housekeeping/Laundry, Security and Food and Beverage departments (Restaurant/Bar, Room Service) as well as liasion for Bell and Valet Staff. Ensures prompt and complete satisfaction of guests requests in a professional and timely resolution of guest complaints. Maintains accurate occupancy data and assists in maximizing daily rooms revenue through the application of effective yield management sales strategies.
