JOB DESCRIPTIONEpsilon is seeking a creative Planner to help shape the direction of campaigns (including shopper, digital, and traditional channels) and to inspire our clients, account and creative teams. This role will help guide the strategic and creative direction for development of programs, with a deep focus in the CPG space.
The Director of Planning would guide marketing program strategy development for Epsilon's key clients, write transformative briefs, and in some cases help guide new research to support decisions about campaign and creative direction. This person should have a demonstrated track record of impact at clients, be a strong collaborator, dedicated to client service and have a clear vision for how to motivate creative teams to put their best foot forward. The planner should have strong intellectual curiosity and be motivated to keep searching for transformative insights via secondary research, until satisfied that Epsilon will have a unique perspective to offer the client.
The role would be part of Epsilon's Strategy able and willing to do own secondary research as needed
