The Learning Solutions division at SAI Global is growing. We are seeking an experienced DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MARKETING with strong online/offline product marketing skills and the energy to improve lead conversion, win rates, and product usage. The ideal candidate will translate a deep understanding of our buyers needs, alternatives, and buying stages into useful messaging, programs, and tools that can leverage into revenue-generating activity. In this global role you will contribute to the strategy and execution across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

1. Ensure products are useful and unique in our targeted markets

* Customer and market understanding: Develop and continually refine understanding of buyers and users--including personas, needs, alternatives, and competitors, common buying stages, and product use
* Product differentiation: Ensure products and roadmaps differentiate us in our target markets, reflecting market trends and competitive forces

2. Deliver plans, content, systems and other tools that improve revenue-generating activity and product usage

* Positioning messaging: Use understanding of customers and markets to develop effective, consise, client-centric product positioning and messaging
* Sales enablement: Increase win rates by delivering effective tools across all channels, including online trial and conversion programs, product and vendor comparisons, playbook content, product catalogs, pricing tools, success stories, and sell sheets
* Sales training: increase win rates by providing training and scripting on how to connect buyer needs to relevant products. Work together with salesmarketing teams to identify training-related roadblocks in existing funnel and eliminate them
* Demand gen support: Provide global and regional marketing communication team with relevant material that supports lead gen and conversion, including campaign content, buyer guides, product videos, webinars, proprietary, and third party event support, blog posts, newsletters, and social content
* Product launches: Manage new product introductions across all functions-including product, marketing, sales, and operations-ensuring a clear launch plan, adoption or revenue goals, and success against plan

Experience and Skills Required:

* 5+ years of product marketingexperience, ideally with customer-facing learning, education, or information products
* Ability to deliver creative, concise messages and stories that improve buyer interations-visually, verbally, or writing across all targeted channels
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, customer engagement, and design tools/platforms
* Outstanding research, analysis, design, and project mangement skills
* Experience coaching sales teams on buyer needs and how to connect needs to appropriate products and solutions
* Ability to concisely present goals and plans to internal or external audiences

* Preferred, but notrequired

* Experience with global risk mangement, ethics, or compliance products
* Cloud or SaaS product experience, particularly content based products

Education/Professional Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree, Marketing, Business Administration or related
