JOB DESCRIPTION DIRECTOR/MANAGER OF REVENUE MANAGEMENT REPORTS TO: General Manager REQUIRED TRAINING/ EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Must have proven experience in the hospitality industry with a strong front office and/or reservations background. High School diploma required and College Degree (BS/BA) preferred. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must have excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Understanding of general hotel operations and the philosophy of yield management Organized, detail orientated and self-motivated. Must be proficient and experienced with Microsoft Excel Possess ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills required. Understanding of GDS, PMS, CRS and Internet distribution systems.
