What are the essential functions? Manage front office and assist in the establishment of policies and procedures. Confer and cooperate with other department managers of the Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure coordination of Hotel activities and rooms. Confer with other department managers to ensure coordination of Hotel activities ie. Banquets and Catering, Security and Transportation. Maintain direction of rooms availability and pricing Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services. May at times be needed to serve as a Transportation Agent to facilitate transportation needs of guests (or supplies) in lieu of a dedicated Transportation Agent at the hotel, if applicable.
