Director of Sales Raines Hospitality Raines Hospitality is looking for highly motivated, charismatic individual to join our local sales team as the Director of Sales for Florence, SC. · Responsible for creating outstanding guest and community experiences from initial point of contact to the ongoing relationship following. · Prospect corporate clientele by identifying business opportunity and developing new accounts. · Maintains and continues to grow relationships with all existing corporate clientele. · Responsible for developing, negotiating and executing all group leads consisting of 10+ guest rooms. · Conducts property tours as well as outside sales calls to create trusting relationships with clients. · Works closely with sales team to assure positive recognition within the local community by attending community events as scheduled as well as membership in one civic organization. · Creates and maintains internal sales revenue goals by driving daily occupancy and average daily rate. · Updates all reports necessary on a weekly basis, monthly and yearly basis. · Will be point of contact for booking and coordinating meeting/banquet space within the hotel. · Communicates with all departments within the hotel to ensure guest needs are fully met. · Responsible for all advertising efforts on behalf of Hotel Florence including Social Media. · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. · Strong organization skills, the ability to multitask and strong attention to detail. Requirements: · Must be knowledgeable of the local community with pre-established corporate relationships · 2-5 years experience in outside sales · Hotel experience is preferred · Degree in marketing, sales, or communications preferred · Salary to be determined based on level of experience
