REPORTS TO: Vice President of Sales
COMPENSATION RANGE: $130,000 to $160,000; Plus Bonus
DEGREE REQUIREMENTS: 4 Years Degree
CITIZENSHIP: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder and able to work for any U.S. Employer

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 10 + Years
LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE: 8+ Years.
QUALITY EXPERIENCE: Experience with Toyota, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizan, or 5S or similar quality programs

POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Sale operations will have direct reports and be responsible for performance evaluations for sales team and develop structure, roles, responsibilities and metrics. General duties will include: formulating sales plans; monitoring market patterns; mentor teammates; audits and analysis.
* 10 + Years in customer service, inside sales or sales operations in a manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of SAP
* Excellent leadership skills
* Proven ability to formulate sales plans and goals
* Ability to provide performance reports at meetings
* Excellent customer service skills
