span We are looking for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to be part of significant growth at a global organization based in northern Virginia. The organization is planning for explosive growth over the next few years and needs someone who has out of the box thinking to manage a team of recruiters to hire top talent for their staffing needs. This includes working with the leadership team, developing the strategy, driving results, and building a world-class pipeline of candidates. This role requires someone who has experience in a corporate environment creating innovative strategies for high volume recruiting and hiring (outside of government contracting). The salary for this position is $130-150k based on experience. This organization has comprehensive benefits and functions as a collaborative team. br   br Responsibilities: br ul
li Develop, drive, and execute high growth staffing strategies to support explosive growth /li li Cultivate effective sourcing strategies using a combination of external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent development and other relevant methods /li li Drive the team to build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and high volume positions /li li Manage a team to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under specific tight timelines /li li Develop and maintain networking relationships with colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, and business contacts to help identify and source qualified talent /li li Work closely with the leadership team to identify staffing needs and timelines /li li Align recruiting strategy with business requirements and objectives /li /ul

li Bachelor’s degree /li li SHRM/PHR certification /li li 7+ years of experience in recruiting /li li 3+  years of experience in a leadership capacity building, motivating, and managing a team /li li Deep understanding of the hiring process, key recruiting metrics, and how to drive them to deliver successful outcomes /li /ul
