Responsibilities: -Responsible for the development of innovative health and wellness programs designed to improve workplace productivity. -Develop and implement the business and marketing plan for LCHSAHWP in conjunction with the Vice President, Human Resources, and the Medical Director(s) for LCHSAHWP. -Represent the Hospital in the business community and provide the liaison between area businesses and the department. -Champion Lourdes associate programs in the areas of wellness, integrated disability management, and health management. Responsible for operation of Lourdes Occupational Health PPO. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree required; Masters or equivalent preferred. -Knowledge of business, accounting, and budgeting procedures normally acquired through a Bachelors Degree in a business related field. -Proficiency with personal computers. -Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and database software. -Comprehensive understanding of hospital policies and procedures in all areas relating to Occupational Medicine and Associate Health. -The ability to solve problems both system and process related which impact an employers ability to provide a quality Occupational Medicine Program for their employees. -The interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with all levels of Hospital personnel and outside employers. -Experience in Occupational Health Programs preferred as well as experience in Marketing and servicing of health related contracts.
