We consider the unique views and opinions of our Associates to be the key to our growth and success in the future.Description Retrieves all ESS (Employee Self Service) and MSS (Management Self Service) leave requests. Reviews leave requests and required Department of Labor documents for FMLA eligibility and compliance with state leave laws. Ensures appropriate communications to associate and respective management levels. Ensures proper and timely distribution of leave requests to appropriate Disability Specialists, Sr. Reps, and Reps. Enters and maintains FMLA coding in Oracle Core Applications.Partners with Disability Supervisor on FMLA and state leave law research. Updates and maintains FMLA and state leave law chart in Excel.Department Administrative Back up and Reporting.Special projects as assigned.Requirements preferred:High school diploma or equivalentStrong fluency with HR Systems (Oracle)Understanding of FMLA guidelines and company leave policiesAbility to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentialityExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsProficient in Excel and MS WordMinimum 1 year job related experience in an administrative role in Human Resources (leave/FMLA administration preferable).What's In It For You?
