JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Discipline Leader, High Performance Buildings is a key management role to our Cincinnati based client.
This role is responsible for serving as an expert in sustainable energy to clients, employees and the community. This role is also responsible for the technical growth and development of the discipline. The Discipline Leader, High Performance Buildings will educate, motivate, train and provide technical sustainability skills to the organization.
This position is for the candidate who really wants to lead the charge internally and externally defining themselves as an industry leader in High Performance Buildings.
You should have a great desire to represent the company in the sustainable business community and serve as the face of the company presenting at conferences, networking with senior executives, prospective clients and participating in business development activities with Market Leaders and the InternalBusiness Development Team.
_KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ARE:_
*Representing the company in the sustainable business community and educating employees, clients and business partners in order to grow companies' capabilities and to enhance the corporate brand
*Developing and overseeing execution of plans to achieve project-specific sustainability goals
*Identifying technical growth goals, facilitating and tracking individual training plans while monitoring the progress to ensure the organization meets the technical learning and growth goals of the employees and company
*Coordinating with COO to create and manage the execution and updates of the quality assurance program for the discipline
*Collaborating with internal discipline leaders for quality coordination and execution
