The Display Graphics Business Consultant is responsible for providing pre- and post-sales technical advise, counsel, expertise and training in direct support of securing sales of DG workflow components which may include hardware, software, consumables and imaging supplies as well as professional and consulting services. This position works with DG Account Managers to create and maintain a technical account management relationship with prospective and present Océ customers in a broad range of activities.

This role will be responsible for the following:
Assist account managers with the evaluation of prospective customers, account strategy and proposed Océ solutions by participating in sales calls
Design, document and implement complex solutions and provide on-going post-sales support
Assist in the analysis and implementation of proposed workflows
Conduct customer training classes
Follow-up with customers and internal resources to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive developments as applicable to markets and position responsibilities
Manage expenses and support of weekly activities
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in graphics arts discipline, information technology or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in wide format sales support in a production environment
High proficiency level in Postscript and PDF file formats and prepress applications such as Adobe Creative Suite and QuarkXPress
Knowledge of Windows and Macintosh operating systems and related networking WAN/LAN, TCP/IP configuration and administration
Workflow analysis, assessment and creation experience
Strong knowledge of color management practices-ICC workflows
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Effective problem analysis and resolution skills
Excellent verbal, written and innovative/creative thinking skills.
Hardware knowledge of production printing devices a plus
Experience in the sign/point-of-purchase/fleet graphics industry a plus
Experience with Onyx software a plus
Spanish speaking skills a plus
