Distribution Specialist

Adecco is currently searching for experienced Distribution Specialists in Indianapolis. Our industry leading client, Beckman Coulter, located on the Northwest side of town needs additional support for their Shipping Department. Candidates must have a minimum of three years experience with Forklift driving and maintain a valid driver's license. As a member of the team, your experience needs to include:

-Pick, pack, load and unload trucks
-Wrap and band pallets
-Cycle counting
-Inventory Control
-Stocking
-Processing small package shipments through freight carriers
-Coordinate LTL shipments
-Operate Forklift, Reach Trucks, Cherry Pickers, Order Selectors

A thorough knowledge of Oracle, Lotus Notes, BOL, International Shipping documents, and stand up forklift operation are required. Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills and ability to interact and communicate with team members, customers, and shipping vendors is a must.
