WWLS is looking to expand its presence throughout the U.S. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to join our warehouse team in Bristol, PA. As a DISTRIBUTION & WAREHOUSE MANAGER, your main responsibility will be to oversee our daily warehousing operations, manage both shipping and receiving departments, and schedule self-deliveries to the suppliers or clients. This position would be responsible for managing all warehouse employees and drivers in Bristol, PA, Raleigh, NC, Norcross, GA enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
- Load/Unload trucks (heavy lifting will occasionally apply)
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Work closely with management to develop warehouse procedures which align with company objectives
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
- Any other applicable duties that may arise on a day-to-day basis

- 5+ years of successful warehouse management experience, preferably with distribution experience
- Experience selecting/updating inventory systems, bar-code scanning systems preferable
- Ability to manage a staff of 5-15 people
- Forklift experience required
- High school graduate or above
- Well developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail oriented approach are keys to success

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail and Internet functions
