JOB DESCRIPTIONCOMPANY INFORMATION:
Established in the early 1970's, our client is a growing operator in convenience stores. The Company employs more than 300 people and boasts annual revenue close to $800 million.
THE ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:
The District Manager is responsible for a territory consisting of 20-30+ store locations and supervising corporate store operations, as well as acting as liaison and providing operation support for leaseoperators, in operations or marketing within the convenience store industry. This leadership position must manage merchandising, P & L review, store costs and stock, log vendor invoices, track and manages inventory counts while ensuring all stores are properly stocked and maintained. The District Manager would call on stores and make inspections of the facilities for compliance, cleanliness, competitiveness, appearance, customer service, recruiting and training new operators. Also responsible for communicating and facilitating implementation of marketing plans. The successful candidate will possess ability to manage multiple locations through strong communication skills, goal setting, and detail-oriented follow-thru.

* BA/BS degree from an accredited college
* Minimum of 5years' experience in multi-unit management within Travel Stops, Restaurants (Full Serve or Quick Serve) or Convenience Stores
