PACCAR Parts
PACCAR Parts operates a network of parts distribution centers offering aftermarket support to Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF dealers and customers around the world. Aftermarket support includes customer call centers operating 24 hours a day throughout the year and technologically advanced systems to enhance inventory control and expedite order processing.



This position is responsible for management of PACCAR Parts sales for and assigned dealer district. Primary duties include coordination and promotion of heavy-duty and medium-duty truck parts sales through dealer visits and marketing programs. This position could be based anywhere in the Midwest region of the United States.




Drive sales growth through aggressive dealer visits promoting heavy-duty and medium-duty part sales, programs, systems and marketing plans.

Develop a close working relationship with dealer department heads to accomplish parts sales goals and dealer program participation as well as network consistency.

Work with Dealer Principal and dealer management to serve as consultant to dealers' parts business growth and departmental profitability.

Train dealer personnel on key initiatives and programs and systems.

Assist dealer personnel in identifying and developing key accounts.

Act as liaison between dealer, PACCAR Parts Division and other PACCAR Divisions in resolving heavy-duty and medium-duty parts issues as needed.

65% travel required.

Other projects as assigned.



Four-year college degree in business or related field required.

Previous sales experience preferably within the heavy duty truck industry.

Thorough knowledge of heavy-duty product, parts marketing and operations gained through three or more years of industry related experience preferred.

Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as ability to multi-task.

Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes to achieve results; Proven results at exceeding sales targets and related goals

Strong PC skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Bi-lingual skills a plus

Ability to relocate
