This position is responsible for selling product from the HMH product bag including but not limited to print and digital. The position's customer base is both Traditional and Home school reseller in a defined geographic territory. This position requires staffing and working conferences and events along with providing customer training on product.
The candidate needs a working knowledge of the home school market to include a minimum of 1 year working in the home school space. A background in educational sales with experience in direct to home a plus. The candidate needs experience selling educational solutions across all curriculum areas and all grade ranges.
Must be able to travel at least 30% of the time with nights away from home. The candidate must be organized with the ability to manage a diverse team of sales representatives in multiple states. A successful candidate will be organized and able to manage across multiple time zones. Experience with SalesForce.com is an advantage
