Division Order Administrator Position Description CGI is seeking a Division Order Administrator for our Oil and Gas practice located in Dallas, TX. To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must possess a minimum of 1+ years' of relevant professional experience in a Division Orders Administrator role for consideration. This is a full-time role with CGI, and all benefits start on your first day of employment! Your future duties and responsibilities Responsibilities: Maintain Global Changes (release and transfer suspense). Assist with set up of Property Master, JIB, Revenue and correction DOI's per Client's Request Assist with changes to Property Master, JIB and Revenue DOI per client's request Assist with name and address changes Notify clients of incoming correspondence when necessary Assist with the coordination of voids in relation to suspense changes Maintain data for auditor viewing (SSAE 16) if applicable Assist in maintaining proper records for monthly tracking Assist in script testing Assist with preparation of Trust Scanning Projects Assist with Trust Projects Assist with Partnership responsibilities Prepare and issue DOs for requested clients Perform ownership changes and issue Amended Division Orders Responsible for all other actions as needed to ensure product and clients' needs are met Required qualifications to be successful in this role Required Skills:- 1-4 years of relevant Division Order Administration experience- Professional experience in the Oil & Gas Industry- MS Office Suite proficiency- A four year BS degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, IT or relevant field is strongly preferred!
