The GI Division at UCSF is in search of a gastroenterologist to join the faculty at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General (ZSFG) at the level of Assistant Professor. All applicants must be skilled in general gastroenterology and basic endoscopic procedures, although academic career goals can be focused on either luminal gastroenterology or non-transplant hepatology. Applications are welcome from individuals with a strong desire to make scholarly contributions to GI education, research or health policy. The amount of time to be spent in clinical and scholarly activity will depend upon the applicant s qualifications and promise. Applicants must be MDs board certified in Internal Medicine and board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology.
