JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Essential Job Functions/Duties
Assist in maintaining the document control and change management system.
Track all controlled documents through preparation, review, approval and revision.
Maintain files and control access to all original records and documents.
Distribute latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution
Participate in the data retrieval system, which includes scanning, filing, retrieval, and distribution of documents
Assist in maintaining the controlled electronic files for controlled documents
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Management field is preferred.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar and punctuation, and be proficient in referencing, researching, reporting, tracking, and monitoring
Must have the ability to operate a computer, multiple software applications and other necessary equipment
Experience in developing, documenting and implementing document management systems with knowledge of database practices
