This position is for a DOCUMENTATION AND TRAINING SPECIALIST at the manufacturing facility in Maryville, TN. Candidates must be willing to work a 6:45 am 3:15 pm shift, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be needed. This individual will report to the Quality Systems Coordinator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Possess strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

* Contribute positively to the team.

* Produce quality results in a reasonable time frame.

* Study and interpret assembly and test instructions.

* Read and interpret blueprints and sketches.

* Position and assemble parts and subassemblies.

* Review bills of material, and determine if all product components are present.

* Interpret measurements.

* Verify specifications.

* Create and modify assembly and test instructions for new and existing products.

* Create and modify production control plans and other required forms and production aids.

* Assist with documentation changes of quality manual, process maps, and quality system procedures.

* Manage training schedule, and schedule external resources as needed to complete training requirements on time.

* Train all employees on well-defined topics such as basic safety principles, safety program, emergency response procedures, and hazard communication program.

* Able to perform tasks as the manager or team coordinator directs.

* Possess basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office skills.

* Rotate through different tasks and learn different products.

* Comply with all safety rules and standard safety practices.

* Keep workstation area and housekeeping at company standards.

Primary Location: !*! QUALIFICATIONS

* High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

* Proficiency in written and verbal English.

* Must be able to work well independently and with others.

* Excellent attendance record.
