Retail Sales Clerk- Permanent Part-time Position

American Girl is the award-winning experiential retail and entertainment destination. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Mattel, Inc. We sell dolls, books, and other merchandise and provide a range of inspiring, fun experiences for girls' ages 3 to 12.

Purpose: To provide prompt, efficient and exceptional service to customers in order to ensure an excellent experience at AG Boutique. This would include providing sales assistance and sharing product knowledge, the prompt and accurate processing of all transactions, answering questions and directing customers, helping to resolve customer problems, and communicating merchandise and service needs to management on a timely basis. All of these tasks must be consistently performed in a friendly manner and with a smile.

You must possess a strong service attitude, be warm and friendly to all customers and fellow personnel and most importantly enjoy children. They should have the ability to work with a broad & diverse work force and customer base with a strong affinity toward service & teamwork. High energy, organizational skills, flexibility, positive attitude are required. Good verbal and communications skills required.

Job Requirements: High School Diploma preferred. Minimum of 6 months work experience in sales in retail or service industry. Previous experience working with children a plus, Good verbal and communications skills required.
