S/he will be integral in the delivery of service on a daily basis and support the mission and vision of the Watergate Hotel. Organizational Structure REPORTS TO: Front Office Manager General Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for handling guest luggage from and to their transportation Load or unload luggage from the car, store luggage for the guests, help guests with packages and find lost luggage Deliver and pick-up guest request items in a timely manner as necessary Utilize electronic communication devices with hotel staff Offer assistance to guests when requested. Maintain a good working relationship with other employees. Assist guests with luggage and introduce them to the front desk upon check-in when needed Maintain the cleanliness of bell closet, luggage carts and guest areas Greet all guests by name Proceed with shoe shine as requested Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management and staff (packing/unpacking luggage, hailing taxis and opening doors.
